1. When Can You Return a Product?

You can request a return or replacement if any of the following happens:

  • The item is different from what was shown or described
  • Parts or accessories are missing when delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to wrong handling or incorrect installation by the customer
  • Items without their original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products that cannot be resold for safety or technical reasons

3. Easy Exchange Policy

If a product is defective or damaged from our side, we offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • An alternative product with the same value

You will not be charged any extra fee if the issue is our responsibility.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only under valid reasons such as:

  • The product cannot be repaired
  • The product is not available in stock
  • Our technical team confirms a manufacturing fault

Refund Process:

  • Refunds take 7–14 working days, depending on the bank.

Money will be sent back using the same payment method you used initially.

5. Service-Based Policy

For services including:

  • CCTV installation
  • Intercom installation
  • Biometric & access control systems
  • Fiber cable installation
  • Office fit-out
  • Curtains and blinds installation
  • Smart home setup

Refunds are not possible once the service work has started.
If you cancel before our team begins work, a small cancellation fee may apply based on the service type.

6. Inspection & Approval Procedure

After you submit a complaint:

  1. Our team will review the issue
  2. We may request photos/videos
  3. If needed, we will inspect the product physically
  4. We will confirm if a repair, replacement, or refund is applicable

This process normally takes 2–5 working days.

7. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is from our side, we cover all return shipping charges
  • If the customer wants to return a product for personal reasons, the customer must pay return courier fees
